Well, if you'd read Affluenza (didn't I send you a copy a few years ago?0 you would have seen this coming. Or you might have heard how the closing of Fishkill forced NYC to start shipping its garbage to other landfills, like the one close to my sister-in-law that's about to hit capacity 10 years earlier than expected. Maybe every muncipality should build a waste-to-energy incinerator like Syracuse did back in the early 90s and turn trash into volts. Unless, of course, you happen to value air quality, and water quality (ashes have a bad habit of leaching into the water table when their concentrated chemicals penetrate the landfill barrier).
